“I stay 2 night last weekend Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and……

Food at Sophia's, the Italian restaurant, was phenomenal. ”

“Amazing property! Had everything we needed and plenty of space for 7 of us. The smaller waterpark was perfect for younger kids. Some of the pools do not have towels provided. Lots of activities on site for the kids. Will definitely be back for a longer stay! ”

“The home we stayed in was beautiful! It was a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, and included an arcade and movie room. Everything was perfect for our family of 7. We stayed on the West Side and within walking distance of the clubhouse located near the water park. It would be nice if the home included separate towels for the pool in the backyard. Overall, this home superseded my expectations. ”

“La piscine chauffée moyennant des frais valait la peine, car était chauffée parfaitement. La cuisine et salles de bains propres. Tapis au second étage pourrait laisser à désirer en fait de propreté. Pour un séjour de plus de 2 jours il faut prévoir des produits car ils ne sont pas fourni tel papier de toilette et essuie tout. ”
