“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“We arrived late and had already decided to upgrade to Royal Level, which late at night proved a little troublesome. We tried again in the morning and after a small discussion with reception decided to stay in Deluxe Room (which was great) and just upgraded to the RL service which we thought was well worth it. “Had a great stay at La Plantation in May. Lovely big room and bathroom which was super clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. Special mention to Lily for the great daily yoga sessions! The food was also a real highlight with a great range of fresh salads, cheeses, bread and the cook to order fresh seafood and meats were delicious. Having a choice of king prawns, swordfish, sea bass and langoustine made the buffet worthy of 5* . We wanted a week of total……
