Staff are excellent except one lady receptionist who worked on the xmas day was so arrogant to me when I complained how we missed dinner and breakfast on the 24th night and 25th morning because of lack of information on arrival. She was not able to handle our concerns and claimed that it was our fault, no apologises. However every other things went smoothly, good xmas and new year celebrations at the restaurant, well decorated, glammed. Food……

The hotel restaurant overlooks the Lago Martínez and provides a large range of buffet style dishes with produce sourced from its own organic farm. The restaurant staff are professional and attentive. Another very enjoyable visit!”

“La ubicación, las vistas desde la habitación, el bufé muy variado y bien elaborado. No me gusta la falta de aparcamiento, el más cercano es de pago y el gratuito está a 1 km. El hotel está en una calle.peatonal a la que no se puede acceder ni para bajar o subir equipaje.”
