“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“Hotel is new, very nice, room is spacious. It is 5 minutes away from the train station, don’t need to take a taxi. Around the hotel is very quiet and safe. The staff is amazing ”

“Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile”

“很舊的酒店，當晚入住時房間冷氣是壞的，真叫人受不了，那時威尼斯白天有38度，房間就像是烤箱，而且酒店還一付無可奈何的樣子，根本就是欺負我們東方人，是我老公一直不放棄要飯店處理，隔天下午才派人來，我們放棄了半天的行程在房間等，真是很不好的經驗。所有住過的5星酒店，這是讓我覺得服務最糟的。”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“I am sorry to evaluate at that score, the whole hotel situation is good. The bad is reception service. An old guy is not so polite. I think i am good at English communication but he is so aggresive and push me a lot when I do check in.”

“位置是超方便，旅遊景嘆息橋和聖馬可廣場也在附近。酒店房的窗外風景更是一流。早餐雖選擇不多，但質素唔錯。酒店職員的服務亦相當到位。”

“第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？”

“I booked this hotel because of SLH , it's cost 700Euro , but more like 4 star business hotel , you should pass very dark aisle to your room, it's like staff access, the room's decoration is really rough. People works here , nice and helpful ”
