“My husband and I were visiting Inverness for one night on our trip to Scotland and this was a fabulous stay. We were greeted on arrival with easy check in. The property itself is a beautifully restored old house. The bathroom and shower is spa-like, large space and great location (about 10 min walk from town). We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“It was one of the best guest houses that we have ever stayed. The house owner Ryan was such a nice person that she even prepared Easter bunny for our take-away breakfast because we need to catch a really early flight. Bob was also a nice to meet with. The room was no doubt super clean, romantic and feels like a home. And we miss Ryan's whole day English breakfast so much. We will go back for our next visit to Inverness. ”

Food excellent with a detailed explanation of dishes & wines. Lovely views over the Loch and walks within the grounds. Expedia had failed to pass on our booking to the hotel so we were not expected but staff recognised it was Expedia's failure but even so were apologetic and upgraded our room !”
