“Personable staff, great location right off the interstate. Easy drive to Roanoke. ”

“My son used this place before his flight when returning home from school. The staff were nice, access was easy, and it was very convenient — including a free shuttle to the airport and complimentary breakfast. The only downside was the elevator, which was quite slow, but it was manageable. We will definitely use this place again. Thank you!”

“The bathroom sink was completely clogged, but the rest of the experience was so good I overlooked that. I didn’t realize it till after their maintenance hours, to be fair. High Recommend ”

“Very cool hotel. It is for people that do not need a concierge. There is no cable tv.. only Roku. Super comfy bed with plenty of pillows! Snacks, ice & drinks are provided free of charge in the main meeting room. Also, parking is next door in a garage. $8 is the maximum for a day. We would definitely stay here again. Berglund Center is just minutes away. One more thing, the downtown is more like a Richmond or Baltimore downtown. Not a cozy hometown feeling but I felt safe. ”

“Great place with friendly staff, we really enjoyed our visit. Given it is a bit out of the way from the city center and hard to find, the price is a bit on the higher side. Breakfast was delicious, however it would have been nice if there was a healthier savory option.”

“Overall the stay was great clean and felt safe but when we arrived and got settled in we noticed we didn’t have any wash cloths and tried to email but no response.”

“I love the industrial look of these suites. A lot of brick, big pieces of lumber, simple furnishings, comfortable beds, and the convenience of a kitchenette. Kind of annoying not to have any soap for the shower. There was conditioner and shampoo, but no body soap at all, had to ask for it and got it the next day. Also, the only coffee provided was decaf. Just little details that make a big difference in a one or two nights stay.”
