“I loved the comfortable king bed with 5 great pillows. Like Goldilocks, I don't like a bed that is too soft or too firm. It was just right for me. ”

“Everything was great. The staff was nice and accommodating and the room was large, clean and quiet. We had a wedding in Troutville and the hotel was very convenient to the wedding venue. ”

“Morris - front desk agent - was so nice and helpful. When I told him our room smelled like cigs he moved us to an upgrade. Very helpful! I also loved the pillows and bed. I didn’t like cleaning fluid smell and dispite loving service will pay a little more next time for better place. ”
