“总体不错，酒店内、外环境都很好～附件街区也较热闹，安全～～西式的早餐简单实在～～，唯一感觉室内空调的出风系统，直接吹在睡觉时靠头的位置～很容易引起感冒，建议出风的方向改进下～～”

“房間雖小、規劃齊全。乾淨整潔。 床雖好睡，但是兩人睡覺顯得擁擠。 廚房備有各種設備，可以自行烹煮。 整體而言，讓我們有個美好的回憶。”

“Desk staff was amazing and friendly Aliyah greeted us with the most pleasant smile and kindness. She and Nina were very professional yet kind and accommodating . They are exactly what customer service representatives should be. The bartender was also very awesome. He was very attentive and our food was wonderful. We will return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone visiting Tempe. ”

“The staff were super friendly and helpful. I was able to do early check in and late check out without any issues for $40 each. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Short uber ride to the botanical gardens and other tourist attractions. 10 minute ride to the airport. Super convenient location. The hotel, my room & the pool area were all very clean and had everything I needed. LOVED the view from the rooftop bar! There is the electric trolly and buses that are super convenient to get……

“The toilet was clogged for two days. I asked the front desk to help with the problem. The service staff said that repairmen would come soon. However, I was very disappointed when I returned to the room every night. No one came to repair it, which was very inconvenient. There were also cockroaches on the walkways. I hope the hotel can improve the overall cleanliness in the future.”
