“It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly.”

“First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. Secondly, there was lift in the hotel so I could go to my room easily with my heavy luggage. The room was very tidy and clean. I felt very cozy. The decoration of……

“My room is spacious looking out to the lake from the window. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Everything is clean in my room. Staffs are friendly and nice. It is very convenient to take public transport like buses and metro to anywhere in Milan. The people in the Segrate are very nice too. If you prefer space and green land, it is the place!”

“They have great reception team! Super big smile! I don’t really like the waiter, he kinda of weird but it’s ok. I like the housekeeping as they tidy near! He is super hardworking but they don’t change your sheet at all though but it’s okay. As long I self change my pillow case daily is fine . The breakfast is boring but ok as I got my hard boiled eggs daily. If there’s sausages would be great 😅 I want to thanks Diana and Martina for their bright cheerful smiles . “The overall hotel facilities are old and not up to 4 stars ranking, as the reception lobby is simple. The supply of our staying bedroom and bathroom is out of basis quality. The charged 10 Euro per day parking garage is without lift to the upper floor, only staircases. No shops open on the street outside the hotel and the area around seems insecure in night time.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was in a great location very close to the metro! The rooms are not updated, but clean. Showers are tiny, so you may need to consider that. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work, so we had the windows open. Breakfast was pretty good. I would not rule out staying there again. It was a neat experience. ”
