“We booked this as a late decision to stay out for the night and were not expecting a 5 star experience by any stretch... the first room we were given had issues with the keys. The desk attendant upgraded our room to the “penthouse suite” for the trouble. The room has potential to be very nice with a bed and bathroom upstairs in a loft, a bed and bath, living room and kitchenette on the main level. “The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled.
