“We had a great stay at this nice inn. It is exactly what we are looking for: a quiet place on the eastern shore surrounded by nature. The cottage (one of seven) is spacious and well appointed. “The property management has horrible communication, very unprofessional and lacks customer service. After driving 5 hrs to get to Baltimore they canceled my reservation 10 minutes before i arrived at the property and couldn't give me a clear explanation why my reservation was canceled.
