“information was incorrect - different location than given on hotels.com information was incorrect - no reception desk, no check in check in was via a local agent who could only get contacted once hotels.com helpline was asked to help overall check in took 1.5h not acceptable”

“Beautiful cozy cottage. Immaculate and with all the ammenities. Very peaceful space for a getaway. We did not get to go to beach as it was rainy all weekend but drove by and it looked like a nice beach. Definitely word sray here again!”

“The Bay Break is such a unique property, and communication with the host was superb! We were so impressed with all of the details that went into this property like toiletries, plenty of clean towels, and kitchen basics. Really incredible. The only reason for 4/5 stars on cleanliness is that perhaps the doors were open from a lot with previous tenants because there were so many bugs on the first floor of the house!Overall, any guest would be lucky to stay at this property! ”

“Location was perfect for restaurant & harbor proximity. Decently clean for old home and decently appointed w/ linens and kitchen supplies. We had a number of concerns/questions and host was super responsive. Got back to me almost immediately every time and was very accommodating. Cons: Had to wait to get address until day of arrival which made it hard, as we had older parents checking in to the property before us, and we couldn't give them the info as we were en route on a plane. Not a lot……

“Great location right on the water. Great for fishing or just sitting and relaxing. The house is in a quiet secluded area but only 10 minutes from Chesapeake Bay. Pool was an awesome extra. My son enjoyed it. The home was clean and plenty of space. ”

“Kitchen is well stocked. The view of the Bay is great. Caught maybe 15 catfish off the pier over the course of a weekend, plus a white perch, a snapping turtle, plenty of bird watching, and even watched a beaver swim by.I wish there would've been a hose outback to hose and brush off the outdoor furniture and tiki bar every morning. A hose and brush back there would help make it a little more enjoyable/usable. And maybe a couple bug zappers :) The water in the house is very hard and……

“We had a wonderful time staying at your farmhouse! We found it easy to navigate to and the house is as charming as ever. We really enjoyed the private pool during the day and walking down to the deep water dock to take in the picturesque scenery in the evenings. Would absolutely stay here again.”
