“This property was wonderful. We had a great weekend. Binack was extremely responsive all weekend and check-in was so easy. “As others have noted, the space is very clean, well appointed and conveniently located. I'd like to add that the hosts have done a wonderful job of representing the community in the home. Their art collection is lovely and features local artists. The books placed are all interesting and about the area; even the chocolates were purchased from a locally owned store. “We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean and working. The location is amazing walking distance from all the fun spots in Baltimore. The neighborhood felt safe and parking, which was our biggest concern, was never a problem as there were always parking spots on the street. “Unfortunately I was unable to get a hold of this property the week of. I guessed I would get check in details upon arrival. When I arrived from out of town, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite numerous confirmations, charges, insurance purchase receipts etc. After some back and forth with the "answering service" I was told they had a one bedroom for me and my 3 adult children. They called me a no show and it has been a nightmare. I will not use this service again. ”

“We loved the apartment, it was as it appears in the photos, a cute and functional 2 bedroom apartment with a cute common area. We unexpectedly needed to have a 3rd person join us. The host was kind in approving the addition of a 3rd person to our stay. We greatly appreciated their generosity and compassion.The only downside to the apartment was that the drain in the bathtub was very slow and left a couple of inches of water in the tub by the end of a 5 minute shower.”
