“The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below. “The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.”

“100% recommended. The location couldn’t be better. It is right on via Toledo, that is one of the Main Street in Naples. Great customer service. On the second day of my stay, we had a very early tour and they were very kind and prepared a breakfast bag-to-go for us, we were very thankful. The hotel is very pretty. The room was great, spacious and clean. I will stay there again. ”

“Very convenient location to restaurants and beach…within a few minutes walk. There’s also a saltwater pool. Rossella at the front desk was great. She went above and beyond to provide much needed assistance for an acute illness. Very nice, big and clean apartment. The only thing I was not impressed with was the breakfast. It was the same every day. They should change it up every other day.”

Great stay fantastic hotel with magnificent views,but what really makes this hotel special is the staff,quite simply brilliant, friendly helpful and they all go above and beyond to make your stay special.Which really makes this hotel extra special. Special mention to Pietro on reception for helping us out on our late arrival after a very troublesome journey. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you are thinking of staying in the area.A hidden gem. Thankyou to all the staff……

“Tolles Hotel in gepflegtem Quartier. Service top. Priese für Zummer und auch im Restaurant/Bar hoch aber halt standesgemäss. Wir hatten ein tolles Eckzimmer mit zwei Balkonen und atemberaubendem Blick über ganz Napoli. Wer einen ruhigen Rückzugsort vom lauten Napoli sucht ist hier genau richtig!!”

“El hotel se ve recién remodelado, la habitación estaba muy muy limpia y amplia, todo funciona perfectamente. La chica en el front desk fue súper amable, incluso nos reservó un taxi para ir al aeropuerto a la mañana siguiente. El desayuno empieza a las 8 am, pero ya estaba servido para las 7:30, así que alcanzamos a comer algo antes de salir (gracias!). El único inconveniente es que hay unas escaleras para llegar el front desk por las que tuvimos que cargar las maletas. Fuera de eso, ningún……
