“This is a perfect location to walk around downtown, have dining options at walking distance. Everything was perfect for my family trip. The only issue is the noise its close to walgreens that gets deliveries at like 5am and the noise is so bad it wakes you up.”

“The room was immaculate– the space had many amenities and was perfect for my working 'vacation'. I loved getting back to my hotel room after a long day of meetings. It was very relaxing. I enjoyed the fitness room and also the hot breakfasts. I noticed that there was a salon on site, but I didn't take advantage of that. It's name says it all--it's a 'gem.'”

“This place is awesome, location also excellent, like everything about it, highly recommended, one thing need to be noted, there is no escalator/elevator, we stayed at fourth floor, if you are not willing to climb four story building with your luggages , this might not be for you, otherwise, one of the best place to stay in Chicago”

“Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions. The only few things I may have slight issue are: 1) the premise is……
