“The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!”

“I was under the impression that I had booked a certain room but when I got to the hotel I was told we had been upgraded to a double room with more space which was ok but we were looking forward to the view we had chosen. We weren’t able to use some of the kitchen utensils since they were broken. Staff was pretty polite and professional. Even though we did not use any of the amenities we did use the grill that was pretty cool that the hotel offered that. ”
