“我不得不建议应该换掉这间酒店的管理团队，这是我住过的管理最差的一间Hampton Inn酒店。一是酒店的整洁程度很差，窗户玻璃很脏，有照片为证。二是酒店用品准备不齐备，shampoo一个人用完就空了。三是早餐很简陋，牛奶只有一种选择，肉饼质量很差。我相信在成本方面，hampton inn 所有的酒店应该是一样的，但是提供的服务和食物相差很大，这说明什么，只能说明管理团队比较懒，不太负责任。”
