“The property easily accommodated our group. However if you have a large group, there are only 3 bathrooms. This made showering and getting ready for our outings a bit stressful. The students loved the pool, river, and the billiards table. ”

“We loved the Spanish style architecture with modern touches and expansive rooms. Pool was filled with leaves and sand at bottom with filter clogged. Games in pool house need repair and door handle in pool house bedroom. Leaves and debris on deck and lawn tables. Lots of other cool games in the home. Large kitchen appliances and televisions. ”

“Loved, loved this home! I stayed in this home in March with my partner, parents, and cousin for Fan Fair. This was an amazing location close and minutes away from everything! Everything is true to pictures, if not better in person. Everything in the home was fully functional. Great space for everyone. Great communication with the owner and responds fast. The only semi complaint if I had to nit pick which I would still rate my stay 5 star and would book same location agian if ever vacationing……

“Traveled to town for the NCAA championship game- owner allowed us to drop our bags early and we felt totally safe going back to the property late in the evening. House is stocked with all that you need from towels to shampoo. Plenty of room to spread out and the beds are comfy. Great neighborhood for a family walk. Pool and hot tub area are super nice and the hot tub was very easy to turn on with a remote. GrubHub and Instacart deliver very quick to this area.”

"The breakfast and front desk are good ，but the room cleaning was terrible, on the first day the bed sheets were very wrinkled and didn't seem to have been changed, there were 5 of us but the toilet only had half a roll of toilet paper. The next day when we returned to the room I found that the toilet bowl still had obvious urine in it that had not been cleaned."
