“My family was in town for a birthday party. This space was perfect for us to hang out together! The kids loved the pool & looking for fish and tiny frogs in the water feature by the front door. Definitely one of places to stay in NB (and we’ve stayed a lot since our son & his family live there). My husband liked that there weren’t any neighbors. Great host & a great spot for my people. “Property is on the river and has many modern amenities. 3-4 great gathering areas in great room, kitchen, and outside. Hot tub is in like new condition and well maintained. While the house is older, the remodel and updating have been very well done so it feels and looks like the description. Water is low because of the dam work up river, but will be even more enjoyable once that work is complete and the river is flowing normal.
