“離馬德里機場近，附近有大型購物中心可逛。大約下午五點打電話請飯店派接駁車到機場，完全沒有人接聽，一直忙線中，最後只好自己叫計程車去飯店。”

“距離機場車程10分鐘，距離市中心主廣場車程30分鐘 房間設備新穎，乾淨整潔 隔音非常好，床很舒適，睡得很好 可惜早餐普通不值得特別花錢加購”

“This hotel is convenient enough as there is scheduled airport shuttle running. Room is well decorated, spaceful and very clean. Hotel staff are nice in general but inadequate often at night time/slack hours. They just hide in the room and talking, only coming out to help when counter staff is asking.”

“房間偏小，地點雖然近機場，也有接駁巴士去機場。但是周圍沒有景點，是在住宅區內，也有地鐵站的，但旅遊不建議住這。”

“It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however,very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.”

“Don’t like the employees in the cafeteria touch the bread with hand . They need use the gloves.”

“整体来说此酒店的性价比不高，原以为酒店就在机场旁边，方便第二天一早乘机。想不到酒店离机场一号航站楼还有3.8公里的路程，酒店没有接驳车辆往返机场的服务，要自费找出租车，附近都是居民区几乎看不到有出租车经过，要请酒店帮助打电话预约（另外支付车辆预约费）。自驾车辆想停酒店的车库，每晚要给11欧元。酒店内的设施也就是一星级别，早餐非常的粗糙简陋。与早先在Granada的H2酒店（房价四十多欧元含早餐）相比，都不如。总之，不要被地图上靠近机场的地理位置所蒙蔽，如果自己有车，选择机场十公里外的小镇酒店才最明智，又便宜又优质。”

“Excelente servicio al cliente, atención, y trato profesional. Fantastic customer service, top of the shelf attention to detail, room was amazingly spacious and beds super comfortable. 12 out of 10 for the Compostela’s buddies. My family and I will come back for sure.”
