“We had to stay one night in Ourzozate in our way to Marakech. Badr was the reception and he is nice and helpful in any ways. He did his best to make our stay great. The apartment is in great condition and a cafe next to it. We had dinner and breakfast over there. We enjoyed our meals. ”

“We (a family of 3) had a fairly comfortable night here in early April. Very friendly owner and staff. The room is spacious, with a large bedroom and a separate sitting area. It was nicely decorated as well. We were especially pleasantly surprised to find out that the wash basin was made of the black marble with fossils unique to Morocco! “This magnificent Kasbah is located in a majestic botanical garden adorned with roses, fig, lemon, almond, olive, and apricot trees. Our dinner and breakfast entrees were prepared from fresh ingredients in the garden. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exemplary and the outdoor pool and patios an oasis of peace and relaxation. “We had a lovely week at Bab El Janoub. Iatimad looked after us amazingly well and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was well furnished, the kitchen well stocked with everything you'll need to cook a basic meal. The shops nearby had all the necessary items we needed from delicious fresh bread to fresh eggs. Would happily recommend bab el janoub to anyone looking for a budget friendly apartment while they explore ouarzazate. ”

“A good spot for a short stay. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the actual premises after check-in at the reception, but the porter assists with luggage, so it’s not a big deal.
