“We arrived late (@11pm) by car. We were tired, hungry, and just plain worn out! As soon as we arrived we were immediately helped with luggage and shown to our room. The kitchen had already closed but the manager made us a plate with bread, olives, and salad with a bottle of wine! It was fantastic! “We found Dar Bladi on hotels.com after a long day of driving. It is not easy to get to by car as it is a bit out of the city and the roads are not well lit however, the place itself is lovely and the staff even more so. The room had water and some fruit waiting for us and they even brought us some tea and biscuits not to go hungry till dinner. Room was very spacious. The hotel offers dinner (set menu only) which is the reason we went out for dinner. ”

“An unusual and wonderful experience! This hotel is built into the walls of a 16th century castle and offers magnificent views and excellent food. Huge portions! The owner and his staff are very welcoming and provide true oriental hospitality. The room amenities appear a bit improvised and the last 100 meters access road is unpaved and goes through the castle ruins and an arch where normal motor homes won't fit through, but you can also park in front of it and walk the last meters.The hotel owner……
