非洲的公寓酒店

“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“住了三个晚上，非常舒适。酒店服务员很热情服务态度比我之前住的喜来登好很多。 附近很安全，正门口就是警察局。是我们在南非晚上出来闲逛不用担心的地方。 这里毕竟是开普敦富人区，管理的很好。 酒店背靠十二门徒峰，右边可以看到狮子头山。酒店出口第一个交叉口上山5分钟就能到桌山。 小遗憾就是，虽然冰箱天天免费提供吃喝的但早餐得自己做哈，而且天天一样的早餐有点郁闷。”

“Beim Abendessen ist die frisch gemachte Sushiplatte Weltklasse! Beim Frühstück ist der Cappuccino gesondert zu zahlen, die Brote sind so hart, dass alle Gäste mit den unscharfen Messern irgendwann aufgeben und nur den Belag essen.Das Omlett ist sehr fettig! Die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants sind bemüht, aber unorganisiert.”

“The property is nice and clean. As a traveling guest with luggage, the only way to get to the front desk is by stairs. Due to the hotel being an apartment/hotel there’s no one to assist you with your luggage ”
