“The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing……

“The condo is exactly as described. The check-in was easy. The videos of the garage and how to enter secured buildings is very helpful. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.”

“Property is nice and well kept. Neighborhood is being redeveloped so it was tough finding quiet to work during the day.”

“Great stay, great location! The beds were comfy, and the towels were fluffy. The garden and coy ponds were a bonus. The owner was accommodating and answered questions within minutes. We had a great time!”

“Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The property is conveniently located only 2.5 miles away from the hospital making it easy……

“We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—having grocery stores and a Target right next door made errands easy. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available during our stay.However, the unit had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort. The building is older, and the hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell. Inside the unit, the lighting was quite poor throughout the day, which made it difficult to work……

“This property was a great place to stay that was close/on to the River Front. The space was clean and had all of the necessities for my two week stay. I think my favorite part was that the parking garage had a dedicated spot, so you didn’t have to worry about street parking.”
