“This is a justifiable 4.5 star resort. Marvellous location on the tiver. Immaculate grounds. Great bar and restaurant food and staff. Bedroom well appointed and spacious. Only issue for me was lack of proficiencies of reception staff. Vague. Slow. Unsure. Unwelcoming. Unusual as all other staff were so well trained.”
