“This property has a lot of character and was the perfect size for 3 adults. The check in process was simple and we appreciated that when the property was ready we received notification inviting us to check in early. I had a few questions and received very quick responses. The neighborhood was ok. Lots of bars on windows gives it a certain vibe. And it was kind of noisy on some nights. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.”

“My family and I just got back from a glorious weeklong stay at this Hollywood Hills gem! The house worked out really well for our two teens and my 84 year old mother. There was ample space to spread out, but also areas to come together and enjoy quality family time. The backyard pool area is a peaceful sanctuary. “This was our second stay at this lovely property one block off of Hollywood Boulevard. The place is always clean, well-stocked with towels and all the necessary kitchen items. The location is amazing, just behind the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel, you are close to so many attractions in Hollywood. The 2-car parking is incredibly valuable as parking rates in the area are very high. We will be back next year!”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
