“This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the use of the kitchen. We had a little trouble navigating the TV but watched what we could find. The condo has a lot of light, more than those who live outside a city were used to. We were unable to arrive as planned and checked in the next day, however our host extended our check out time which gave us a chance to explore our surroundings. The host was wonderfully helpful and made our stay enjoyable.”

My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly.”

“The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock.……

“I arrived at the property and there was noone there. Mind you I had paid 110 for a Lyft to get there. I had to find other arrangements in Castaic which cost me more money. I finally got my money back. Please dont book this property. ”

“This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay.
