We stay on the 1st floor and the foot steps from upstairs unit are so loud that they are quite annoying/disturbing. “This is a wonderful spot to explore all of what Los Angeles has to offer. This place has everything you could need and more. Easy to find, easy to get access, great communication with owners, beautiful neighborhood and apartment. The smell of the flowers as you walk up the path to the front door is an added bonus.
