“Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Fės, bietet von der Terrasse aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel ist neu und entsprechend gut unterhalten. Beim Check-In hatten wir ursprünglich nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten, was jedoch nach Intervention sofort korrigiert wurde. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. “I've mixed views on this one. I reached around 8pm and it took me 45 minutes to find this place. Fes is confusing and you will get lost so I'd have appreciated if the Riad had shared directions/ landmarks/ advice on how to reach them. I am surprised nobody else's review has this issue. I'm guessing they all took the train pickup service that the Riad offers. I didn't as it's much cheaper to take a taxi. The Riad is run by a very sweet lady who made sure I had breakfast every morning before……

“An Oasis of hospitality! Such a wonderful place. Best hospitality staff I have ever encountered. Every experience, from the hamam bath, to Baking classes, to the wonderful dinners outside were top notch. They even sat me down for tea and Ghribas at check in ! Highly Recommended”

“Very warm welcome from the staff when we arrived. We was quite hungry and we ordered Pastilla. It was freshly prepared is totally delicious, though it's not cheap but worth trying. We also had dinner there. The dinner set is good and big but not all of them fit our taste and sorry for the waste. They served slowly and we had time to enjoy. The room is very clean and spacious for 2. It's a bit walking to the Medina but it's not so hard to recognise the route. ”

“The location of this hotel is really hard for us to find. Fès Médina is the most difficult Médina in Morocco. We are lost in the Médina at mid night with large luggage. When we call the number of the hotel the man who answer the phone ask us to settle this problem by ourselves impolitely. But when we reached the hotel, the staff are friendly. The hotel is so beautiful, just like what we saw in Marrakech palace. The hotel supply very stable hot water for bathing! And they provide very good……

“Delightful and helpful staff. Large rooms that are comfortable and nicely decorated. Rooftop terrace comfortable and beautiful view. We enjoyed breakfast daily. We had dinner at the Riad one night and it was very good. We arranged several tours and transportation through the owner and were happy with the results. My only caveat,: This property is a Riad and that means you should be ready to climb stairs. ”

“The raid was well-designed with simply Moroccan style. I felt so comfort and relax after having taken a long travelling time. I love the shower room, provided with personal care products like shampoo, shower gel, lotion, good smelling of aromatherapy. “It was a great experience in this beautiful place with very polite and friendly staff. They offer a complete breakfast generously and the other meals that they provide are very delicious and at a reasonable price. ”

“We stayed here for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. It was raining heavily outside, so we were quite soaked. The hotel staffs were very warm, friendly and helpful when we arrived, handing us facial tissues to dry ourselves. They were very helpful with our luggages, helped us carry the two luggages up to our room. The hotel and room were nicely decorated in more of a contemporary style, very clean and tidy.
