“We had an absolutely wonderful time! The lagoon was gorgeous, the home was so comfortable, and communication with staff was great! I would 100% recommend this property, and would love to return! The caretakers are also very kind and thoughtful. In fact, one of sisters brought a hat and the band around it came off. After a cleaning one morning, the hat was repaired even without being asked, which was unexpected and so appreciated! We felt very cared for and welcome!”

“We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. ”

“Our 5 day stay at the Yool Caanal Condo was Excellent! The cleanliness, location and the view were fantastic. When we had questions or issues the manager was on top of it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. Cleaning services were great!There are 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as 2-3 mini grocery stores. I would recommend a stop on your way from the airport to a regular grocery store if you’re wanting to cook meals while you’re there since there isn’t one we found close by……

“We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We used Happy Shuttle from Cancun airport and they were great (like having personal tour guides). The building concierge was also super helpful. We booked a golf cart and a trip to the monkey sanctuary through him. The apartment is just spectacular. Super clean with beautiful finishing. The beds were so comfortable. Air conditioning and fans were great. Bathrooms and kitchen immaculate. Views were unbelievable.……

“As it being our first time staying somewhere other than an all inclusive resort we were so glad we chose Claudio’s Humble on the beach condo. Right from the start the communication was excellent and questions answered quickly. The checkin procedure as well as information regarding location, directions, transportation to and from Cancun airport, tips on grocery shopping etc was very well communicated and appreciated. Upon our arrival we found the condo inside and out exactly as we had seen it……

“The ocean-side location, the views and the comforts of Isla Escape were exactly as advertised. Better yet, the casita is but a 20 minute beachside stroll to the wonders of Bahia Akumal. Snorkeling with sea turtles in this protected tropical paradise is not to be missed. The owners, Jacob and Moonea, live right next door and were extremely thoughtful and kind. Edgar who manages the property, along with his team, provided attentive service throughout, along with Edgar's cooking talents. The one……
