“I came to akumal with my partner for 6 days. The location was absolutely perfect being directly on the water on half moon bay. You could walk right from your bed into the ocean which was nice since you have to pay to use the beaches. It was walking distance or a golf cart ride away from delicious restaurants and grocery store. The snorkeling right off the private beach was really good and we loved having use of the beach lounge chairs/umbrella. Our host was wonderful and super helpful booking……
