“We love that this property is different from anything we've ever stayed. The way the hotel was positioned in the jungle, not to disturb the natural habitat and using materials native to the area make this the most unique experience we've had. Additionally, Elizabeh was extremely helpful, very observant and super attentive. The rooms appear crafted by artisans to be warm, calming, romantic & serene. “Is my second time coming, I could notice it was recently renovated and I loved it! Is a big resort with many different things to do. The rooms are great, with comfy beds and all you need . Great staff, specially out concierge Dereck he was excellent, always happy to help, with a great attitude and a big smile! The only thing they should work on is the ACs in the rooms that are not cold enough. ”

“We stayed in a romance suite oceanfront in building one. It was an amazing room with a lot of extra touches. The location was stunning, the service perfection and the food was wonderful. Shout outs to Alejandro, Jesus, Antonio and our concierge Metz. I also highly recommend the spa having done a massage with Perla and the hydrotherapy with Oscar. We will return and can’t wait to hear welcome home when we do!”

“The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. “This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……
