“This place is AMAZING! We got moved to their sister hotel called Mereva and got upgraded rooms because something was under construction in Alea and it was so kind of them. They greeted us with a smile and took our luggage’s to our rooms, and we had ALOT of heavy big luggage’s. Jose Luis, Oscar, Felipe, Jose, and Luis were all so kind and we all loved having conversations with them each breakfast and dinner. They were the highlight of my stay here. “The resort is beautiful and you felt Luis got are in paradise. Our swim out room was lovely and covered by trees which offered shade from the sun. We enjoyed the dining options and the nightly entertainment which included a singing competition, shows. Karaoke, and an Akumart (shopping). Drinks were good too. The hospitality and concierge service was top notch. Properly was safe but many times we got lost when walking the property. We would revisit this property again. ”

“Eduardo and all of the staff were super friendly. The room and bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. You can rent a bicycle to go to the South side of the overpass to the lagoon. ”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were.
