“The hotel was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and has everything you need in it. Would definitely stay a next time if I happen to visit Tulum. ”

Customer service with Exquiel and Mathias was great they were very knowledgeable locally with suggestions of where to go and places to eat as well as assisting with extra items for our room when we needed. We had our own rooftop pool and lounge area that was very relaxing. Nice yoga studio. We felt safe with overnight security. It is walkable to the town center of Aldea Zama during the day for cute eatery places and park. It was about 15……
