“Not a great facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it has a good vibe. But the pool is right outside your front door and it is kind of odd. Not a well designed place, but the friendliness of the staff mostly overcome that, at least for a night or two.”

“Thank you for the stay at the Heart of Tulum. William as the property manager was wonderful, very responsive. The location was good in that getting around was easy, however, the noise level from surrounding restaurants/bars was very loud and went on into the early morning hours. So if you do not mind the noise into the wee hours of the morning, this is a very central spot. The sofa was not very comfortable when sitting and watching TV. ”

“Es un hotel pequeño pero bonito, parece relativamente nuevo, el chico que nos atendió en la tarde muy amable, nos oriento también con ubicaciones y actividades a realizar en la zona. Solo el internet muy malo, no funcionaba en la tv quizá por el tiempo de lluvias, pero en general muy recomendable. Solo sugiero puedan tener un poco de alimentos para ofrecer, aunque sean cosas sencillas.”

“This is an amazing place. The hotel is inside Del Jaguar Parque Tulum. You need to go through the park gate when you come to the hotel. It’s 120 pesos every time you leave and come back during park hours. After park hours, you can keep your wristband. There are some great restaurants down the beach and the restaurant at the beach club is good. Breakfast is very good and the service is excellent.
