“Our stay at Nest Tulum in May 2025 was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The property is absolutely stunning—nestled in a lush, serene part of Tulum, just steps from the beach, with a peaceful and beautifully curated design that perfectly blends nature and luxury. A private parking space on the grounds was offered free of charge, which made everything even more convenient. One of the highlights was the perfect beach……

“The rooms were very clean, stylish and spacious. The AC worked well, and there was a ceiling fan also. The kitchenette on the roof was great in the morning for having a cup of tea (not supplied) and storing leftovers and drinks in the community refrigerator. The security guy was friendly, we communicated through google translate. Loved this place and highly recommend (def a great value for the location, where hotels on the beach side are $300+ per night). My only recommendation would be to have……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kanan. At times service was slow and or did not arrive. And with how much money we spent it would have been nice if breakfast had been included although they do have 3/4 caffeinated nespresso pods in the room for you which are replenished everyday as well as a jug of drinking water. A nice touch would have been hand or body lotion although they do provide aloe and mosquito repellent. Overall beautiful hotel that combines the natural elements into the aesthetic. ”

“Had an amazing week at Delek, the hotel, staff and overall experience was just what we needed. Right on the beach with a much needed pool to lounge in when the sun got too much. Beach front hotels in Tulum are not cheap and Delek is no exception but you get what you pay for. 5 star location and service. Rooms are tastefully designed and serviced an maintained to a great standard. Great beds and linens. Rooms to the rear suffer from street noise from the surrounding clubs (which they warn you……

“Was greeted immediately upon entering the property and was escorted to my room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The room and location were perfect for my weekend. Definitely recommend!”
