“Part of the hotel it seems that they don’t work on it so it looks like is going down, like the area of the pool, the cenote that it’s inside the hotel. Room had a lot of humidity and it smell bad the first day we got there, and by the 3rd day the smell got worst. In the other hand rooms are confortable, the jacuzzi on our balcony was good, the ambient was nice, workers were very friendly and helpful. ”

“The property is beyond gorgeous and the rooms were the most perfect vibe. The bar drinks were very very delicious but also very pricey. We choose to ate offsite due to the high food prices, which was a bummer as we really wanted to enjoy the property. Our room was located very far down the pathway, right across from the other hotel bar so it was quiet loud with the music and people/staff around. “This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best.
