“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“The property is great, the rooms are good size. The property is located in the middle of a big road between playa del carmen and Tulum and there’s nothing around. You need to take a taxi if you want to go downtown Tulum, or playa del Carmen and the taxi prices are ridiculously expensive. You can’t take uber in here. I would recommend this place if you have a car or if you plan to stay in the hotel the whole time. ”

“Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I……
