“WOW! What a beautiful hotel. We booked a romantic getaway and were very pleased with the excellent care and service from the entire staff. The restaurant was phenomenal, clean, and had a great vibe with ocean views. Steps lead right to the beach. Top mentions are for Andy, Orchidea and Jacqueline. Their services and recommendations for local places to eat and visit were TOP notch! Our only complaint (very minor) is that the hotel is inside a national park which means you need 2 bracelets at……

“We had an amazing stay at Orchid House. Staff were super accommodating and always helpful. Being the low season we were one of the few guests there and honestly I can’t understand why more people weren’t there. Despite the seaweed we had a great time, instead of the ocean we visited cenotes and the pools at the sister properties. Absolutely perfect stay! ”

“The location is centrally located. As a solo traveler this was important. I was able to walk every and the beach was a 15m bike ride away. The grounds were very quiet and security at night was an added bonus. ”
