“If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat. The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views. The staff overall—from the front desk, to restaurants, and maids—were wonderful. Very attentive and polite. The concierge……

“Ara, the hotel concierge, made our stay truly special. She reached out before our arrival to see how she could assist, which was greatly appreciated. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Ara helped surprise her with beautiful decorations, flowers, and a cake delivered to our room. She also recommended and reserved an excellent restaurant for the occasion. When my daughter-in-law fell ill, Ara promptly arranged for a doctor to visit our room—thanks to her, she recovered quickly and didn’t……

“Great property and price. I loved the fact that they had a family pool and adults-only pool. My daughter was about to have as much fun as she wanted, and the adult side seemed really nice! Small detail, but I stayed for 7 days and they didn't automatically refill the coffee station every day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Our group came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and love the boutique, secluded feel of the hotel while also having direct access to food/nightlife. Everything we did was ~15 mins away. The on-site pool, bike rentals, restaurant, etc. were also really nice. Advice for future guests… - Bring your bug spray. The mosquitoes were pretty bad while we were there. To be fair, it had also rained our first day. - After booking, ask the hotel about……
