“Had a great stay at Siente Tulum. Convenient location close to the national park and tulum ruins. The collectivo stops right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The staff were great and very friendly. Food was good, could use some more variety but overall worth it for the all inclusive. A couple of cons: our door didn’t shut/lock properly without slamming it shut (room 319). There was a water issue on one of the nights we stayed, but did resolve within about 30 mins. “This is not a typical hotel experience. First you are on the beach there are no concrete walkways around the property its all sand to stay with the natural part of being in the national park. Its very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Things to note: You do have to pay a small fee to enter the national park that fee is not part of the booking fee. “Right on the beach, great service upon check in and out. The bar was "closed?" at 5:30pm. Great AC and mostly private patio, cute trails and beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable room, no tv but didn't miss it. French toast was incredible for breakfast. Lots of available beds on the beach area. Cool water available from the front if you run out. ”
