We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Ara helped surprise her with beautiful decorations, flowers, and a cake delivered to our room. She also recommended and reserved an excellent restaurant for the occasion. When my daughter-in-law fell ill, Ara promptly arranged for a doctor to visit our room—thanks to her, she recovered quickly and didn’t……

“The property is great, the rooms are good size. The property is located in the middle of a big road between playa del carmen and Tulum and there’s nothing around. You need to take a taxi if you want to go downtown Tulum, or playa del Carmen and the taxi prices are ridiculously expensive. You can’t take uber in here. I would recommend this place if you have a car or if you plan to stay in the hotel the whole time. ”
