“very nice reaort ”

“Nos encanto”

“This property was beautiful, the staff was so friendly and fun. We came during slow season (May) so some restaurants that said was open were actually closed. No swimmable beach if that’s your thing. We did the catamaran excursion that’s included with your stay and it was awesome. ”

“Second time visiting. First time was 6 years ago. They do a great job with keeping the resort up to date and clean. One of the nicest resorts we have been to. We have nothing to complain about. Hope to be back again.”

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It really felt like we were home away from home with the warm and welcoming customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious. The ambience is relaxing and perfect for anyone wanting to unwind relax, and connect with the beauty of nature. My family and I had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious and service was the best. Kudos to Gabrielle, isis, and Jose for being marvelous hosts.”

“This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. ”

“Ambiente familiar ”

“Unico was an excellent hotel for those who like great food, great service and enjoy sitting by the pool. If you prefer to sit at the beach this resort is not for you at this time of year. The seaweed I know they cannot help, but the beach was not as maintained or serviced as the pools. Also many weddings at this venue, they make sure to turn the on property weddings end at 10pm. The next door venue had fireworks at 11pm each night and loud music until 2am. Overall would highly recommend based……

“Eduardo and all of the staff were super friendly. The room and bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. You can rent a bicycle to go to the South side of the overpass to the lagoon. ”
