“It was our first time at a resort, so we didn’t know what to expect. Most of the staff was very nice, helpful and informative. We loved the ambience and the fact that there was carts to drive us to our destinations. The carts were convenient because we didn’t know where we were going a lot of the time, so they also helped by saving us time. They were very keen on keeping everything clean all of the time. We did get a room with 1 broken bed and the closet door fell off. We made several attempts……
