“This was the ideal place for our vacations, all in a local ambiance, away from the noise of the nightlife. When we got to the property, fortunately, the apartment was ready and we were able to do early check in, it was awesome after a long flight. All the facilities were great and the apartment was very comfortable; we really loved the coffee machine in the kitchen, it is necessary for us to have a cup of coffee every morning.”

“Quiet boutique stay tucked in nature. We enjoyed our stay. Customer service with Exquiel and Mathias was great they were very knowledgeable locally with suggestions of where to go and places to eat as well as assisting with extra items for our room when we needed. “Unico was an excellent hotel for those who like great food, great service and enjoy sitting by the pool. If you prefer to sit at the beach this resort is not for you at this time of year. The seaweed I know they cannot help, but the beach was not as maintained or serviced as the pools. Also many weddings at this venue, they make sure to turn the on property weddings end at 10pm. The next door venue had fireworks at 11pm each night and loud music until 2am. Overall would highly recommend based……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
