“I stayed at Casa de Las Flores for 2 nights before joining a group tour in PDC. My room, #28 was simple but spacious, had a small kitchenette and a much needed AC & fan system. This hotel is a calm oasis set behind the main tourist strip of PDC. Though only a 2 minute walk from 5th Ave, it feels a million miles away. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
