The pool area is sprawling and we never felt a crowd for any experience or meal.
The ocean / beach isn't quite the same as most of the Cancun resorts but the pool area makes up for that.

“I think it is a property that should have more exposure. There is nice long clean beaches that has trees and shade. The beach doesn't have waves. Which makes it swimable out front. They have lifeguards. I didnt know that there has activities include like the waterpark, catamaran, and two water pools in the jungle. The food is amazing, you dont sign the room number. No beach vendors. Many a places to drink and eat. Amazing food no buffet.”

“My husband and I stayed for 4 full days and experienced excellent service from beginning until the very end of our trip. I love that this resort has kept the Spanish colonial charm in its decor the grounds are beautifully preserved. The food (especially for resort food) was great. I would say the best we have ever experienced at any resort we have ever visited. “Beautiful property, secluded, great pools and restaurants, friendly staff. Good location to be able to visit Mayan ruins. The only downside is a relatively small beach.
Bikes are available to ride around the property. We never had to wait for anything (spa reservation, tennis reservation, restaurant, etc)”
“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……
