“Upon arriving for our honeymoon, we were upgraded to the swim up privilege room (we were already booked for privilege, it’s the best way to go there— more options available to you). It was beautiful, the staff were wonderful! We had Adrian and Alan for our butlers and they exceeded our expectations! Always checking in to see if anything is needed and always happy. We would definitely go back! ”

“The property, services and staff was excellent. we felt quite safe in myakoba. The spa was amazing. The food at saffron did not disappoint.The only issue was the mosquitoes at dawn and dusk. Our concierge, Juan was particularly attentive, and we felt his absence when he went on vacation.”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
