“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Stayed in one of the adult buildings, that over looked the family section of the beach so while the ocean view was wonderful, afternoons were noisey due to the activities and music on the beach. We spent time at the adult only pool which was very nice. Activities started around noon, some fun games and some wilder pool parties.
