“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“You walk in and get welcomed in the most stunning lobby I have ever seen! All customer staff are polite and welcoming, Sign in process is quick and you immediately have a refreshment as you are signing in. Room was clean and immaculate with a wonderful view ( was on 3rd floor) to the ocean. Grounds were clean at all times and even the beach was cleaned regularly of seaweed brought in by the oceans. All bars were relatively quick at getting you your orders. The food.... no words can describe it,……

“Me gustó el hotel y su ubicación, sin embargo al hacer el check in más tarde ya no hay la atención debida por parte de la recepción. De ahí en fuera todos muy amables. Comida buena más no excelente, cercanía a la playa. La habitación un poco descuidada pero nada preocupante”
